SEYCHELLES 1938-49 20c blue, SG140 Malta stamps Described by the Rock andSeychelles 1938 49 20c blue, "Fishing Pirogue", lower right corner block of 4, SG140. A lovely fresh positional block, unmounted mint with full original gum. There is minor perforation separation at top, and odd wrinkles, but much fresher than usually found. Very scarce and attractive in this positional form. This was the first King George VI set issued by the Seychelles and deviated from the tradition of previous stamps which merely portrayed the
